This was such a great start to the MCU Team-up films. It was like being a kid playing with all your different action figures together.

The Avengers perfectly brought these characters together in an epic action-packed, hilarious, well made and acted, entertaining fun movie. It was a special moment for fans of the comics, but also to many people who never heard of these characters before.

- hawkeye is the lamest hero he makes me so MADDD LMAO
- loki is daddy issues's strongest warrior
- a little anticlimactic but a fun and exciting movie overall

Seems like a miracle that something like this could be pulled off, fully amplifying and improving upon everything each solo MCU movie accomplished before it, while also standing on its own with the team dynamics.

I rember first watching this I rember the euphoria the tears the excitement. The anticipation the end credit the second end credits. There was nothing like it. It was the ultimate series. I guess it was always going to end but these characters this film GOAT category

i like. tbeHulk because a. similar thing happens to me when i get embarrassed but instead of being Green and mad i am embarrassed. i hope i get a movie soon. Sorry for the hulk spoiler he does get green and anrgy

One of the best marble moves ever

Its always on TV on Christmas and I'm tired of it.

The Avengers is basically a two hour group project where every participant is convinced they’re the smartest, hottest, or most emotionally damaged person in the room, and somehow that’s exactly what makes it work. The movie’s central miracle is that it takes six wildly different ego problems, throws them into a helicarrier, adds a magic glow stick and a British man with betrayal issues, and produces one of the most obnoxiously satisfying blockbuster payoffs of its era.

It’s snarky, chaotic, and weirdly sweet once everyone stops posturing long enough to develop something resembling teamwork.

Tony Stark is still treating global catastrophe like an opportunity to workshop new material, Steve Rogers is out here trying to lead a team of demi-gods and feral geniuses with the exhausted patience of a substitute teacher, and Thor and Loki are conducting deeply theatrical family drama like they accidentally wandered in from a more expensive fantasy movie. Meanwhile, Natasha and Clint are doing the thankless but vital work of being the only two people on Earth remotely capable of acting normal.

Yes, it’s messy in places. Yes, the plot is essentially “glowy cube causes interpersonal conflict.” And yes, the entire final act is mostly an excuse to watch Manhattan get lovingly turned into a disaster zone by people in increasingly expensive outfits. But the movie has so much charm, chemistry, and sheer victory-lap energy that it barely matters.

The Avengers is funny, triumphant, and just earnest enough to sell the idea that maybe the real superpower was learning to do the bare minimum of cooperation along the way.

This is like the Marvel movie lol, who hasn’t seen the avengers ya feel

I like this as a staple point for the first avengers but I feel their isn’t a lot of rewatch ability with this movie so it’s a little bit above meh.

I recently just felt like rewatching the Avengers films again. I guess it’s cause I’ve been seeing loads of clips from the films on Twitter and Instagram. It’s been a while since I rewatched.

Hulk smash ahh film

epic! Seeing Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, and Captain America team up is awesome. The action scenes are intense, especially the New York battle. There's humor, great character moments, and it’s super fun. Perfect for any superhero fan. It kicks off the Marvel teams-up perfectly!!

Rewatched today and changed it from like to love. So much heart. Amazingly written movie with a cast with such great chemistry packed with witty memorable heartfelt dialogue. The one that started it all. Epic. Through and through.
