This was really fascinating, I totally remember now hearing about this group back in high school.

makes a lot of sense that trump won the election with the help of 4chan memes.

It feels surreal how quick some things escalate.

Interesting documentary about how something innocent at first can become a lot more problematic with time and radicalization.

This did a good job explaining the power of the internet and how info/misinformation can spread and cause a spiral. Talks about 4chan, 8chan, QAnon, etc.

The internet is weird and awesome

It was OK. The 6 part q anon (no relation to queue 😂) on hbo from 2022 was much better IMO. Lot of overlap and not as interesting so this gets a meh. As a standalone this is decent if you haven’t read or watched much on this topic

Can see how it’s interesting to some people but didn’t really vibe with it

Love this type of documentary. If you're into deep dives about internet culture, conspiracy theories, weird shit, and exploring the psychology behind "trolling", then this is the film for you.

Taught me so much more than I thought I knew, really hit me a bit and gave me an even bigger perspective
