Loved the sciencey parts, but it is a wee bit slow and perhaps a bit difficult to follow at times

Atmospheric and procedural hard sci-fi from Robert Wise with a couple scenes that stick with you. Unique soundscape.  I'm glad I watched it, and the scientitic concepts are fascinating, but wasn't blown away or absolutely enthralled either.

A slow burn, but pretty entertaining if you emphasize “science” in “science fiction”
