Entirely decent family friendly sci-fi / action / comedy flick, but man is it also heavy on overused tropes and heavy handed emotional manipulation. Easy to see this being a monster hit for Netflix that appeals to a broad audience of kids and parents. But might not be for me.

A movie that is amazingly well done in every aspect, from scripting all the way to direction and most importantly the characters. It’s fast paced, emotional but of course has its humour well mixed in. Had me gripped from the very beginning. Definitely a must watch! ⏳🛸

Ryan Reynolds and Walker Scobell did a phenomenal job in this hilarious movie!!!

This movie introduced Walker Scobell to me and I am so excited to see how his acting career plays out!!! I have already queued up the new Percy Jackson series mainly because he’s the main character.
