Watching at like half of 480p in youtube made it hard af to even discern what I was looking at but if you appreciate gore horror you’ll enjoy it. Don’t know the budget but it feels they did quite a bit with what they had available.

We watched a weird grainy YouTube video that didn’t completely match the one in all hallows eve and it was kinda disturbing. I just don’t think we really understood it.
