It wasn't as bad as the critics portrayed on its release.

I expected a standard scare-fest, but it pivots into rom-com territory with heavy vampire mythology.

What Worked:
Shooting in the misty Nilgiri hills gives the hideout a grounded, eerie vibe. I love the pivot to focus on Ayushmann and Rashmika's chemistry for fun, character-driven energy. Crossovers from Bhediya and Stree 2 make the universe feel huge and total pay off.

The Cuts:
Alok wandering the jungle meant the middle part really dragged for me. Through my faith and flag lens, I wasn't a fan of the demon worship. Plotlines about drinking blood and deities are way too rooted in the occult. Also, cramming too much lore into the third act makes the mythology super messy and overcomplicated.

Verdict:
A messy but ambitious monster mashup. Watch for the crossovers, but skip if you dislike occult storylines.

Favorite Line: “Don't go deep into the jungle again, especially at night.”
