The plot to this movie is absolute madness. An underground yakuza is recruiting teenagers to cause mischief all over New York, also they teach them martial arts. The TMNT have to team up with a news anchor to defeat them. Truly the 90s 🔥 i was looking for.

An absolute classic. Turtle suits look great, fighting choreography is fantastic, atmosphere is pristine. And I always wanted to go to the foot hideout. Overall possibly the best it could’ve gone when adapting the story to live action.
