Take Care of Maya

This is incredibly heartbreaking. Tears are streaming down my face as I write this. Medical malpractice is so pervasive - and as a chronic pain patient, I have seen it up close. And almost died because of it.

10/10. Went into watching it without any prior knowledge but fuck me, that brought me to tears. Medical malpractice and a disgusting ego trip by the people who were supposed to be there to protect the poor child. Im honestly outraged!!!

this is such an incredible, heartbreaking documentary that shines a light on the harsh reality of the flawed medical and legal systems. my heart goes out to the families featured in this film. maya’s mother was so strong. so emotional, powerful, and important—it did make me cry!
