This was enjoyable.
What struck me the most were the backgrounds. Some were painted, couldn’t tell if they were water color or what, but they looked beautiful. The character designs were great as well.
Nanashi and Kotaro were both interesting characters. However, i do wish that Nanashi’s killing of the two children that traumatized him was elaborated on a little more. Like i feel as though it could’ve been better if there was a reason why he was forced to kill those people.
Anyway, the fighting animation is great too.
