Had really questionable acting and product placement, but they leaned into it. The product placement itself actually made for some unique and thematic kills which were very gnarly. The kills, score, and vibe were all spot on and this is a step in the right direction.

This short film offered an intriguing interpretation of Jason and the Friday the 13th franchise. While Jason’s current appearance is somewhat thin, for a cinematic adaptation, he would benefit from a more robust physique. This is a good starting point for the franchise.
