look I didn’t quite get the point of the movie, other than dakota looks really good with red hair and mia goth is my favorite person in the world I love her, she looks so beautiful and her clothes are amazing

Really quite fantastic. Guadagnino does an amazing job at pacing this admittedly lengthy film in a way that keeps you hooked and wanting to know more. The multiple extended dance sequences are so enthralling, it’s hard to look away. And a sinister feeling underscoring every scene has you waiting for the next.

I was really loving this for about the first two acts. The set up and tension are wonderful. The set design and COSTUMING is so good. It loses me a bit in the final act, mostly because I had no idea what the hell was going on. Which, that could be entirely on me. But I needed to read multiple articles after to fully digest what had happened.

I wish there was a bit more clarity and that the ending stuck the landing, but I am perfectly happy with a beautifully stylistic film that keeps me hooked and creeps me out at the same time.
