A bittersweet film that had me laughing, crying, and almost everything in between. It has such a lovely story, beautiful cinematography, and wonderful characters. The harsh realities of war mixed in with the whimsy of childhood came together to create this wonderful film, and I was so glad it had a happy ending.

I want to be a frightening sad lesbian in a cabin in the British countryside too

This movie is so underrated!! I recently watched this movie, and I loved it. I was unsure because I had heard mixed reviews but I loved it. The music is amazing and the plot is very beautiful and has a great meaning, I recommend this with my hole heart.

It was quite an emotional, though beautiful movie.

i have mixed feelings throughout the end mostly, but it was such a good movie, and storyline, the acting was so good, and Alice's character is amazing.
I don't understand the concept of summerland, if the movie wants us to believe in it or not.

adoption is an option that can be extremely rewarding. loved this movie

I fear this is a perfect movie

when you just wanna live peacefully by yourself but your situationship wants you to raise their child
