Gut-wrenching psychological thriller, which culminates in one of the best Elizabeth Taylor performances of all time.

I've heard the name Sebastian so many times it's drilled in my head now. I love me a gothic tale even if I didn't really find the story all that engaging for me. The performances are great, of course, especially from Elizabeth Taylor.

A southern gothic Tennessee Williams play featuring Liz Taylor & Kat Hepburn directed by Manciewez? Yes! The actual writing and premise? A smidge wobbly. But I guess the dark denouement tracks for the genre.
