i just wanna know where jake gyllenhaal's oscar is

Jake is 100 percent top 5 actors of this era and it’s crucial how underrated he is , his acting in this movie is masterful movie was 8.5/10 easily

thought he was a duchebag at some points but later felt sorry for him…then realized at the end it’s based on a true story 😭

You know a story is well written when it makes you cry several times.

7.5 Gyllenhaal never disappoints

It was a good storyline, felt kind of slow in some parts but overall it was good

Gyllenhaal is a great actor, movie just a little slow so yeah I enjoyed it but also doesn’t get the heart

Jake obviously did an amazing job at portraying his character Jeff , who was a victim to the Boston bombing. This was a very emotional movie and I’m honestly surprised with how good it was. I expected it to be a little boring but I found it interesting all the way through !

Movie hits so close to home. Really great directing to be able to show the battle like that. Should be a must watch for lots of people

Stronger is a very inspiring film, based on a true story about the Boston marathon, it’s not the happiest film in the world obviously but Jake Gyllenhaal give’s a amazing performance per usual. I would definitely recommend!

OMG! I was not ready for this movie! It was so good and incredible casting

so so close to a love. cue the freaking waterworks, all i did was cry during this. jake gyllenhaal is probably the most under recognized actor i’ve seen. he delivers every time. would recommend for sure.

Movie was good, then the baseball scene pissed me off. But decent overall, not a total waste of my time

Such a well done movie. Jake’s acting was fucking insane. And Jeff approves which makes it even better

a heartbreaking one

It’s an incredible true story that deserves to be told and Green allows his characters to do just that.
