This movie is strictly just about the ballroom which makes it very boring 🥱

Classic Australian cinema. I had no idea that the Scott character was Paul Mecurio from Mecurios menu. Crazy to see him dance.

I also did not pick up on the fact that the reason the dance was wrong was that the dance board didn’t want to recognise authentic dances from cultures

9/10 such a fun dancing film, I see this one with my mom every few years :: vivir con miedo es como vivir a medias

It’s the origin story for Baz Luhrman’s fascination with red curtains. Also the only Baz Luhrman movie worth watching.

Being a Moulin Rouge fanatic, this one might now be tied for my favorite Baz Luhrmann movie ♥️

Very cringey
