I like the overall environmentalist theme cloaked in a creative sci-fi fantasy world, but, sorry, Disney’s wokeness is kinda cringe. If you get over the woke awkwardness, it’s a pretty entertaining and enjoyable movie overall.

The movie definitely could’ve done better, most people didn’t even know the movie existed just because the advertisement team did not do a good job. The movie is a bit boring and hard to follow. Appreciate the representation of the LGBTQ+, still could’ve done better. 7/10

The style of animation is very good like others Disney animations. But the story isn’t on the level of the other Disney movies. I don’t think that the gay stuff was legit for a children movie. I think that Disney animation movies is about to go down. 4.8/10

the movie lacked plot, it didn’t give enough background and it didn’t elaborate or show their town very much it kinda felt like The Croods maybe if it had more character building and better dialogue it would be better but I did love the amputee dog and the gay son they tried 🌈

So I am in 8 grade and we have a trip to go to the movie theater on Dec 16 22 and I saw the trailer and I love it but I never saw I am going to so if you seen it can you explain what’s about.

i wasn’t expecting to like this so i put it on in the background while i crocheted but it actually wasn’t bad! the graphics are cute and i love jake gyllenhaal as always 😙

6.5/10 definitely not what i was expecting it to be, but it was still pretty good! all of the creatures were definitely very strange, but the reveal that it was all one living thing was kinda crazy!

I don’t understand the hate this movie gets. It isn’t the best Disney movie ever but it is far from the worst. (Looking at you Planes: Fire and Rescue.) If there is an “agenda” here it is so lowkey that I don’t know how someone could truly find it offensive. Nothing was a lecture

Whole movie felt whatever, nothing tug the heart strings or felt meaningful.
Predictable plot.
Multiple things didn’t make sense.
Lackluster.

Would definitely watch this again! I was not expecting the ending. I liked that we had some character depth. would’ve liked more background about the town. Also the son being gay is the LEAST interesting thing about this movie. I swear people are so hateful & negative.
