This was such a heartbreaking intense film. However the acting extremely disappointed me throughout. I feel like some of the casting could have been better too. The story was good tho and so was the execution. I liked the cinematography.

Pretty moving

Great idea, below-mediocre execution. The story is inspired by real-life events. You sort of sense it, but the narratives outside of the kidnapping feel very out of genre yet somehow cliché. The context requires some heavy acting, and I expected Beckinsale to have the chops for it, but never mind. I couldn't engage with any of it for that matter, the acting or dialogue.

Shittiest movie I have seen in a while. The acting was devastatingly horrible, considering Kate beckinsale and Scott Eastwoods past films have been beautiful. It’s like they suddenly lost all talent. The filming was so rushed and all over the show. Waste of time.
