Thank you mama for introducing one of the greatest most gut wrenching movies to me

I already knew the basic story and that ended up being the whole movie. Just a bunch of Southern ladies talking drama and doing hair

I don’t think Ive ever had a scene where I go from full fledge crying to laughing in one moment, but Sally Fields outburst was a legendary cinematic moment
And that is the method of this film, a comedic drama that has you feel all the emotions of life and laugh throughout. Love!

As man I’ll never fully understand and appreciate the message of being a strong woman but still I can appreciate the fact that is portrayed real life struggle so well. And I reminds me of my mom and aunts

This movie will rip your heart out and stomp on it, I sobbed the entire time but it’s such a good portrayal of grief and every day life after your lose a loved one.

I laughed, I cried, I laughed while crying

Sweet and funny and just such a great movie for everyone but of course mostly for the girls and gays 🌸🌷💓

It was nice and I liked how the time jumps were filmed. However, I wish Shelby had listened to her mother’s advice and had taken better care of herself.

Ugh I solely love this movie just based on the sisterhood between all the actresses, it was raw, real, sad and hilarious. Had to watch for dolly, but everyone’s acting was phenomenal. Life truly does go on. Strong women are everywhere

Watched this years ago when it first came out. Had never marked it here. Rewatched with the wife. Sad, and occasionally cute / funny, but heartfelt movie.
