An allegory for Buster Keaton being brought out by MGM; Keaton and his crew wouldn’t write a fulls script, just a beginning and end and let the middle figure itself out. If that was the case here too, that aforementioned situation would’ve informed the story.

7/10 truly brilliant, especially love the hat sequence haha
