The only way you could like this movie is if you’ve never seen a Star Wars movie before and have no clue what the plot of any of the movies besides the sequels are

Ian McDiarmid absolutely carries the movie in every scene he’s in. Was the only saving grace of this film despite the fact that bringing Palpatine back was such a lazy writing choice - “Somehow, Palpatine returned” like come on 😭😭
