I think Spider-man has the best romance plot lines. But I am not a fan of movies that are “everything you see is not real”. The villain was cool and the effects were cool. Too many ironman call backs, the wound is still too fresh 😔

2nd watch: somehow i totally forgot everything that happened in this movie. it was a good one, though i do find the plot to be less compelling than id want. jake gyllenhaal is so great, and the way mysterious illusions were depicted were awesome. not my fave sm film, but good!

I know he’s an immature teenager and responsibility is a lot for him, but COME ON. The fact that he trusted Beck that easily made him look ridiculously careless.
Also, his friends had a special talent for getting themselves into trouble every five minutes, just so Peter could show up and save them again.
And somehow, Peter had zero chemistry with almost anyone… not even MJ. 💀
