A raunchy rom-com—definitely not winning an Oscar anytime soon, but hey, I had fun. 💀

I’ll admit, the plot was all over the place at times, and there were definitely a few things that either weren’t explained well or just…weren’t explained at all. 😭 But overall, I thought it was a fun watch. I got exactly what I expected going in: a funny, unserious, basic-premise, trope-filled mom comedy. Nothing groundbreaking, nothing I needed to analyze afterward, just something entertaining to watch.

And considering I’m 18, not a mom, not married, and definitely not divorced 💀, I was surprised by how much I still enjoyed it. You don’t exactly need to relate to the characters to have a good time with it.

BUT the real MVP of this movie was the old white man sitting beside us. 😭 This man was laughing SO fucking loud that he genuinely added like 10x more humor to the movie. Every funny moment had him cracking up, but when they hit the “why am I friends with white people” line, this man absolutely BUSTED OUT laughing like he had just heard the funniest joke of his entire life. 💀💀

A raucous Rom-Com getaway with 2 obnoxious friends, a tired workaholic, and a frumpy idiot.

A fun movie for the moms not exactly my taste but not a terrible movie. Definitely a Bad Moms sort of vibe. I did love Isla Fischers character though she really made the movie

Honestly terrible, I won’t spend too long writing about it. A straight-to-streaming movie that somehow managed to scrape through the cracks into theatres where it shall flop. Terrible writing, even worse acting from all, and just the most nonsense shit happening at the rate of a bullet train at full speed.

Leslie Mann is the best here, but you can tell she doesn’t give a fuck and wants her cheque. Man, that divorce hit Isla Fisher harddddd.

At the core there’s a message to live life and stop making excuses for doing the things you actually wanna do - which I fuck with, it’s just unfortunately shrouded in unfunny trash.
