Song of the South

this movie just glorifies slavery and says how it wasn’t a big deal like what the fuck?? this movie is incredibly racist i’m glad splash mountain is leaving so tina can get a ride

It was made during a different time and it reflects that. Glad it’s not in circulation. But all the 💜 ratings. Just shows how amerikkka hasn’t changed.

i liked this movie so much and would even more if i were younger. its so cute and silly. a few bad things but they can be ignored

5.5/10

They don’t talk about this one much any more for a reason. It has aged incredibly poorly. But who knew racism would do that?!

I mean… one of the most famous racist movies of all time is in fact racist. Ohhhhh but what good song Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah is though… right?

definitely one of the hardest to find Disney movies now. not for any political reason but I actually find this movie really boring and always have. i like the old guy though
