Song of the Sea Reviews

My dad died and we watched this so it was sad

Super super super good fantastic movie!

very cute movie, with a calming atmosphere, really comforting and the story was really good
i really enjoyed the animation and the music- and singing

Watched this for St. Patrick’s Day, pretty good

absolutely beautiful and heartfelt in every moment

It's like mixing The Tale of Princess Kaguya & Spirited Away. One of the most beautiful animated movies I've ever seen. This is an instant physical copy purchase, and I have to check out the other movies similar to this style.

Beautiful movie, unique art style. The voice actors are so calming, and the music is enchanting. You could be 6 or 20 years old and still love this nonetheless.
8/10

Beautiful whimsical story 🩵🩵

Okay guys, I have changed my mind. I am gonna promote all of those other Cartoon Saloon movies. They are all beautiful, tackle profound themes, and explore profoundly Western ideas unlike modern, materialistic culture.

Been thinking a long time about if I want to watch this again…I dont think I need to

I have a lot of nostalgic childhood connections to this and I dont want to ruin the image I have of that in my head

Beautiful film

Thank you mom and red box for allowing me to see this!

as a kid i watched and loved and short movie called “Piel de foca” which i assume is based on the folklore as this movie

super cute and sweet, loved the sibling relationship progression throughout the movie.

the animation was great, it reminded me a bit of the game little miss fortune which i loved so that increased my enjoyment of this movie

overall its a 6.5/10 for me

7/10 this movie is so prettyy

FROOIIOOOKM THE SHEELL THE SIOONNG OF THE SEAAAA

lord i sobbed so many times during this it’s beautiful

Absolute banger. This animation studio fucking cooked with this bro. Like Ghibli type beauty. Soundtrack, story, animation, it has it all 9/10. Pity it feels so short, genuinely such a heartwarming watch 🖤

The animation on this was beautiful, every scene was so pretty to look at

There were aspects of this story that would have been terrifying if given the time to be. With a change in music this would’ve a horror film!! The owl witch was bone chilling

I cried from how emotional this made me

watched this when i was like 7. felt very haunting and sad to me as a kid. good story and good movie though

I love seals SO MUCH I wish I was a selkie😭❤️
