Really interesting story. Lon Cheany makes a very good Dracula and you can see they've entered a new era of special effects.

A bit slow, needlessly. Not sure Cheney makes a good Dracula, his demeanor works better as Wolf Man. The ending has a good emotional punch, though it could have been built up better. Overall, not bad, but not a standout.

Very generic Universal Monsters fare. Not much memorable in the grand scheme of UM sequels but I’m not saying it isn’t enjoyable, it’s just unremarkable
