Favourite Star Wars film, I didn’t like the Maul cameo but other than that a great story that connects just enough to the main cannon to feel enjoyable but not necessary. A breath of fresh air for modern Star Wars after the criticism received towards the sequel triology. I ❤️ SOLO

This is the definition of no ideas. A backstory for Han Solo was so unnecessary, and I can't understand why Ron Howard was the chosen one. Boring characters, a horribly paced story, and dull settings. Who even was the villain? For some positives, the sfx look and sound amazing. I love how the production blends between studio and on-location. The casting is decent too, although the dialogue and acting don't feel like Star Wars anymore. It just feels like every other typical Hollywood action-adventure comedy from Disney. Wouldn't annoy me as much if it wasn't so serious and clichéd.

Gives a really good background of how he made the Kessel run in 14…*cough* *cough* 12 parsecs. Jokes aside a really well made movie, pacing was amazing it had the Star Wars feel to it and it was the perfect introduction to Solo’s story

harrison ford plays the better solo but this was a great movie. lando was great and it explained a lot of things i’ve been wondering about han! i loooove chewy. i would love another movie just about han, chewy, and lando 🫶🏻 and where this one left off (han going to jabba i think?

Ever wonder how space cowboy got his stuff?

Young space cowboy with no last name gets separated from girlfriend, tells airport guy he’s alone, airport guy thinks he’s got gots and calls him Solo.

He meets dog who was supposed to eat him but they become best friends in the shower.

They join old guy criminal in space. They have to steal shiny fuel for bad guy.

Girlfriend shows up again and is reporting to red evil guy with robot legs who has cameo for no reason.

They do train robbery and it goes bad. They do a card game and get cheated out.

Sexy robot dies trying to save everyone and becomes part of ship's computer which is awkward.

Space cowboy plays against card cheater again but knows he cheats so he beats him this time and wins his and dogs future space home that flys fast. This they zoom away to later be hired by farm boy

This movie is just straight up bad

The plot is bad, the twists are bad, the main actor is bad, and the pacing is bad. Also that fucker is NOT Han Solo, he acts nothing like him

It is not the best Star Wars spinoff, but it is entertaining. Sometimes the action scenes (the battles) get very lost. The story is average; I was unaware of the origin of Han's last name (I don't know if that is the character's original origin). And the performances were fine.

Great viewing experience the action and fan service hits but the actual story is kinda a mess and the whole Quira thing doesn’t really go anywhere
