Watched 2 hours and turned it off. I guess Tarkovsky just isn’t my thing.
Parts of it are visually stunning, but so much damn time is wasted. Tarkovsky said movies aren’t for entertainment, that’s ashit mindset—life should be entertainment. Sleep shouldn’t be prioritized > living

Very meditative, but also plodding. It ultimately felt a little nihilistic for my taste, still very well done.

Some of the messages of the film went a bit over my head at first, but thinking on it a bit more I’m so impressed. It’s amazing how well it conveys certain meanings to the audience through its characters especially Kris. It is somewhat slow, but it comes together really nice!

Better than 2001: A Space Odyssey, that’s for sure.

You’ll enjoy it but keep in mind it’s almost 3 hours long and in subtitles … if you aren’t into that … i suggest you pass

Great phylosphical movie but kinda confusing and really really slow

Top 3 sci-fi film of all time. Cinema has reached a new height.

Definitely watch this if you’re a fan of 2001 A Space Odyssey. Like that movie, this is also a masterpiece.

I understand the significance in film this movie has but it is quite literally 3 hrs of nothing. It is mind numbingly boring and visually confusing
