Singin' in the Rain

This is a movie of a bygone era - an era when an audience could be impressed by the sheer happiness of a story and moved by the footwork of a master.

I didn't think I would like old musicals as much as I liked this from the acting to the singing, especially the dancing, I wish there were more in the movies that came out similar to this

This is probably my second favourite musical ever, and that comes from someone who absolutely hates them, especially the romantic ones.

Everything is beautiful, the writing, the acting from the beautiful cast, the colours used in everything, the set designs, clothes-

I watched this movie for my film class last semester and it is Such a light-hearted film! The songs are iconic and have been used for multiple different things throughout the decades. Overall: 9/10

Best “older” film I’ve seen. Music, choreo, shooting, ties to Hollywood

Absolutely adore this movie and is such a staple of Los Angeles and Hollywood! References in so many more modern films so def worth the watch
