I forgot what masterpiece this movie is. Very funny, great movie. Only complaint is that i watched in English dubbed instead of subbed.

Beautiful

Live action sports anime. Players launch flaming kicks, leap across the field, and send the ball flying like a missile. It spoofs sports movies, martial arts films, and anime all at once, yet somehow still tells a classic underdog story with plenty of heart.

unironically a great movie, the terrible cgi just adds to the charm

My girlfriend really loved this movie as a kid because she would watch it all the time when visiting family in Mexico. She thought the actors were all mexican… I can kinda see it

Kung fu panda

Stephen Chow is an Absolute genius, Kung fu Hustle is his best work but this is a Very close second, I wish I had more than 280 chars to describe either of these movies, again if you’re an American, don’t be afraid of the dub, either way if you haven’t watched either movie, DO IT

I bet this is so much more funny if you spoke mandarin. Even reading the subtitles it was funny.

I haven’t watched a comedy that was so in tune with using the camera and stupid effects to make it funny. I feel like modern day comedy movies rely heavily on stupid dialogue and offensive jokes, but this had none of that and it worked so well

saw kung fu hustle a while ago and this is the same vibe so all his movies are prolly like this. makes me think of bend it like beckham but men and kung fu and so so so exaggerated. solid physical humor

Remember this from when I was a kid super goofy movie. They don’t make this type anymore I feel like.
