Oh my god. THAT WAS AMAZING. THAT IS how you make a movie right while using nostalgia and it’s previous installments history. The brutalities,the twist,the pure fear, the big apple ups the stacks and the killing to a new high. AND I LOVE IT.

I always considered Scream 6 to be by far the weakest entry of the franchise, but today it showed me how much I miss the requel era. Sam and Tara, such as every other character of the new gen really grew on me through this one. Mindy delivered another mvp performance and strengthens her position as best character of 5 and 6. Scream 6 also gives us many iconic scenes and breaks the rules in new and refreshing ways.
It still can’t fill the hole left by Sidney’s absence, but it’s nevertheless a very enjoyable watch.
