Damn good movie, especially the second half.

It's funny how I complained a little about this director the other day, saying his films are only just good and not much else, but then I saw this banger of a noir. Great performances, and it gets pretty dark and even ends that way, which is how I like it!

Didn’t really get this one. I think he would’ve been happy about what he did and found a way to sell more paintings. Chalk it up as a win.
