Gangster movies in the early days of cinema inspired many new movies and series, and this is one of them. It is wonderful. 🔥

1/31/26: Tony Camonte be like “you can’t fuck my sister only I can fuck my sister 🤬”

It's cool to see the original Scarface, and it goes pretty hard for 1932. Brian De Palma's version took it to a whole new level along with Al Pacino, but this original one holds its own. I didn't expect it to be that violent, especially since it's the early 1930s.

Acting is kinda weak. Story is convoluted. Tony beats his sister cause she’s got brains and won’t sleep with him. Toxic flick for sure.

One of the greatest gangster films of all time. Incredible cinematography and this is an amazing movie. Better than the Pacino version.
