Saludos Amigos Reviews

Unfortunately, Saludos Amigos just wasn’t one that kept me engaged. I can appreciate its place in Disney history and the creativity behind it, but I struggled to stay invested and found my attention drifting. It has some charming moments and beautiful animation, but overall it didn’t capture my interest in the same way as many of Disney’s other classics. It simply wasn’t one that I’d find myself wanting to revisit.

A little all over the place but educational for its time

It’s cute animation but nothing too interesting really. (Other than the fact that its propaganda but lol)

Breeze of a time, only 42 mins long. Can't say for definite if this is in any way offensive to any of the cultures of South America, cause last time I checked, I'm not Latino. The shorts are decently fun. Not much to say about this one.

Is this what that Planes movie is like?

The thing is, I don't hate the idea of an animated documentary. I think it could be done today a LOT better.

Educational but def not a favorite. Adios amigos.

It made me smile a couple of times, but overall it was veeeeeeeeeeeeery boring and I kept getting distracted very easily.

Fine movie. It was really short, and I felt like it had no plot

I couldn't remember between but penguin scene is only thing watching it's a ok movie over all after that so I would like to choose up for the penguins thumbs down for the rest of the movie

Packaging Era for Disney had very few good ones, and I think Saludos Amigos was just a victim of circumstance. I see what Disney was attempting to do educate the audience during time of war and I can appreciate it. But I think it could’ve been presented a little better.

great way to learn about south american culture and tales. i liked this but didnt like it as much as i wanted to. my favorite mini story was donalds because i just loved how it was presented to the audience
