Salmon Fishing in the Yemen Reviews

7/10

It’s what the title says it is about salmon fishing in the Yemen but it’s a very slow film but I’m not really sure what I was expecting from a film called salmon fishing in the Yemen

Good film, pacing was slightly odd - probably makes more sense as a book tho

i was pretty disappointed. i think the characters are so boring & so was the plot. the most fascinating part was the depiction of the socio/political cover up of the atrocities committed during the war in Afghanistan & the half assed attempt of “repairing” anglo & arab relations
