the gayest movie i’ve ever watched tbh. oh also murder and stuff

The whole murder debate was so brain dead
There was not nearly as much suspense as there ought to have been, the bad guys were so stupid and good guys kinda too smart.
Nothing surprising happened in the whole movie

Still a great premise though and it was entertaining

In the same way brandon gets aroused by murder & the possibility of getting caught, this film was quite stimulating. From the staging, which resembles the play it’s adapted from, to the camera work and the illusion of the one take, to the scintillating dialogue — this was special

Big fan

Delightful Hitchcock film with great screenplay, and one of my new favorites. I loved the "stage play" feel to this, and the (almost) "all in one shot" filming effect (there are a few cuts).  Every character is bursting with personality and Jimmy Stewart is awesome here.

5/10 - Suspense and editing style was neat, but I'm pretty indifferent about the whole movie

Really liked it but it sorta lacked in story where other Hitchcock movies excel
