Doesn’t just show her escaping but it shows how hard it is to cope with trauma after it happens. Some parts were boring but I feel like people forget that the problem isn’t over even after she escapes.

I think 1 of the most powerful films I’ve ever seen. Larson is groundbreaking & Tremblay is truly terrific particularly for his age. Doesn’t overexplain & it happens so naturally. Slows after first hour but never decreases in quality. I dont think I’ll forget this remarkable film

A very good movie. Very interesting, not too stretched out even though the first half of it were in the same setting. Everything was well executed from story-telling to the ending. Well done.

Major tw that’s not mentioned, this description is misleading, this movie can be triggering. I realize things like this happen in real life, which makes it even more heart breaking.
