Could have watched two hours of “how to make money online” than this pile of shit

Brutal,
it is a hard movie to review without having seen the original -something i plan to remedy in the near future- as anything i might say would be compared to the 1987 version, but i did enjoy it

Sleeker tech and modern visuals give it style, but it’s missing the biting social satire that made the 1987 film iconic. Joel Kinnaman does fine work, and there are moments of moral questioning, but overall, it feels like a corporate-safe reboot instead of a bold reinvention.

I enjoyed it quite a bit, despite the changes made from the original film (especially in respect to tone). It’s got a great cast and I'm glad Murphy’s family were actual characters this time around. Wish he wore the visor more cause the black suit was cool.

Great job on a newer version, modernized from the 80’s version
