tom cruise freaks me tf out but damn he is fine

JUST TAKE THOSE OLD RECORDS OFF THE SHELF

Beginning was so slow. A lot of unnecessary scenes. Music was disappointing. Only got interesting in the second half and there were still parts that were eh. I think it could’ve been executed a lot better. 4/10

The premise of this movie is absurd really, and truthfully I’m not much of a fan of Tom Cruise’s acting, but the story is just fun enough to keep you engaged the whole time. Plus there’s a few iconic sequences in it for sure.

really entertaining and fast paced coming of age story that really lets tom cruise play one of his best roles imo - the sex and money of this movie is very exciting and the writing is really funny

This didn't hit the spot like most 80s coming-of-age comedy movies do. Maybe I just don't see Tom Cruise in a role like this, even if it was early in his career. There's still great scenes and excellent song choices, but there wasn't much to latch onto or entertain as I'd hoped.

Pretty odd movie, had some funny moments. Definitely off, wouldn’t watch again and most likely won’t tell people to watch. Not a “classic”
