Kind of a hot mess all around. The editing is bad and does a disservice to the story. Speaking of story, there are too many fake-outs and false narratives that there really isn’t a story you can grasp on to. It tries to be too smart and fails. Still somehow fun though.

WOW. I didn’t know the largely innovative and lauded Scream franchise actually stole a lot of conceptual beats from this underrated 80s meta comedy slasher. If you like Scream, Cabin in the Woods, Happy Death Day, Behind the Mask, def seek this out.
