I LOVE THIS MOVIE SO MUCH I COULD FAINT Micheal is literally the simpiest simp know to man but thats cute because he loves her and SAVES HER FROM EVERYTHING. Her turn to religion and waiting for her to come to him is so iconic. WORDS CANT DESCRIBE HOW MUCH I LOVED THIS

I really liked it. I didn’t like how she ran away repeatedly & how there was no reason for his love for her at first. He simply just prayed & saw a beautiful woman walking in the street. Love at first sight I suppose? The ending was satisfying though & it was an easy watch.

A retelling of the biblical story of Hosea during the California gold rush. Acting was done well. Story was well written. Overall good movie with Christian themes throughout. Heartwarming and a great example of unconditional love and forgiveness. 6.8/10
