Very fun Western. Can be slow at times but the characters are interesting and Wayne isn't the clear cut good guy which is nice.

Man, what a build ! I love when it all comes together at the end.

The last half an hour really did damage to the movie at large. First hour was a very very solid western though. That’s from memory anyways, it’s been a while

The ending is quite silly but otherwise the movie is fantastic. What an adventure.

Great story with near perfect characters, central conflict, & performances.  The music sets a nice tone & filming all that cattle is an amazing achievement. The romance is introduced late and doesn't have enough development, and the ending is a bit abrupt, if somewhat plausible.
