what a way to start a film holy shit. the cinematography & camera work is fucking bananas. it’s so well directed, that scene where terry chases the bus on his bike & then fist pumps mike… my god it gave me chills throughout my entire body. aaron’s performance is so oscar worthy. it’s really well written, a few sweet plot twists. loved the dialogue between terry & summer. i giggled a few times haha. it’s action packed, it’s a thrill of a ride the entire runtime. from the start i knew they fucked with the wrong guy, but moral of the story fuck corrupt cops. 9.2 / 10

Ending ruined it

Was expecting a more generic action film, but got an intense build-up. Interesting characters and no hand holding, it just fully puts you into the moment and tells its story. This feels like what Reacher wants to be. Aaron Pierre is a star on the rise.

At first it can be a bit generic, but during the middle it has a intense build up. Revealing the main character traits and personality little by a little. It’s a good action movie, with a little twist to it.

Still one of the most badass movies in the past 5 years!! I can’t stop watching it!
Went up one point on rewatch 😮‍💨
