there was no action at all until the final like 5 minutes, and the action was also boring. not to mention this dude is a weirdo lookin out his window like that in the first place. he has no rizz whatsoever. there was a baddie who wanted him and he was like nahhhh

Despite the impressive fact that the entire film is set in one room, Hitchcock manages to let the audience to develop multiple narratives about the neighbors through Jimmy Stewart's lenses. His use of confining us in one apartment to control the viewers is storytelling brilliance

A very nice idea at the time, a creative lead actor, an excellent cast, and a simple, slightly strange but beautiful story that is worth watching.👍🏻🥹💔

A classic movie thats just so well done. The cinematography is fantastic, the acting is great, the story is compelling. It’s not the best Hitchcock film but it’s definitely up there. Overall great movie, a solid 8/10
