Race for Glory: Audi vs. Lancia Reviews

A fascinating historical rivalry, but surprisingly lifeless on screen. Compared with “Rush” or “Ford v Ferrari,” it lacks speed, intensity, and atmosphere. The rally scenes often look painfully slow, and the countersteering feels staged. The Italians lack temperament, while the Fiorio–Gumpert rivalry never develops real bite. Group B should feel wild, dangerous, and emotional. Here, everything feels far too restrained. 3/10.

Describing Timothée Chalamet’s mentality:

I loved it

This movie is really very beautiful, in addition to telling the world of rallying, you can also perceive a very intense exploration of the characters while always remaining very superficial in the narration.
The only thing I didn't appreciate were the dialogues which were too constructed to be effective, losing their verisimilitude 🏎️

Story is good but seems like move had low budget

Honestly kinda disappointing. Love the rally part of it but the dialogue is so def centered around the main character bc he directed and a bit lackluster imo

A racing film which has the perfect balance of thrilling camera shots, drama factor and epic lines. Great to see European cinema embrace a more blockbusterish simply thrilling, action packed style of filmmaking. Surprisingly casting choices throughout
