Quiz Show Reviews

Hidden gem 💎

great balance of based on true events and drama

More and more, the scene where the committee member refuses to commend Fiennes for finally telling the truth (after lying for so long) resonates stronger. Redford really knocks it out of the park with this one.

Still holds up on rewatch

Genius

ralph fiennes i want you

This movie was fantastic, I love the acting, particularly by Ralph Fiennes who blew it away. The story was incredibly intriguing and while I’m not usually a fan of law dramas, this one was fantastic. I loved almost every part of this movie, it’s a solid 9/10

A gripping drama based on true events, exploring the ethics and deception behind a popular TV quiz show scandal.

Good but overrated

Thought this was an old man movie upon release and then I became an old man and am now thinking this is perfectly fine entertainment.

Like Ralph Fiennes I also miss hair.

Crazy what people will do to get ahead. Intriguing performances from Fiennes and Turturro.

Great Movie, Would love to see a documentary to connect the true names to faces of these actors
