oh my god. i was kinda iffy about watching this - dear god it was better than i could have imagined. i would have liked to see al with “nina” in scars on his body though. would have been a great image. i hope ryan gets what’s coming to him. fuck him.

i love this movie. The realness is so powerful and the ending is such a significant part of how real these events are. It’s happens everyday to multiple women and by anyone, and most times the abusers get away with it.

This was truly a fist in the gut to watch! I loved everything other than the fact that she had to die to get revenge, but in some way I know it was a key part the ending which I loved. I guess I just still wanted Al to be the only one suffering. Every boy should watch this movie!

One of my favorite movies, slow burning but intense and just when there’s a glimmer of hope…it punches you in the gut. Nothing is as it seems from beginning to end. I love the music score, especially in “the scene”. Mulligan is outstanding.

I need every human to watch this. I thought it was going to be just a random shit movie. But it was perfect. Such a powerful movie. Perfect show of female rage. I’ll never stop talking about this.

holy fucking shit my mouth was AGAPE at this movie. I loved every second of it. the pacing was perfect, the twists, idc what anyone says the ending was so satisfying. so entertaining, such a surprising watch. omfg.

WOWWWWW honestly really fucking loved this movie. Thought it would be typical white feminist girl boss type shit but it was actually amazing. The MC was very well fleshed out and badass - reminded me of Camille Preaker from Sharp Objects. I’m glad she ended up getting her revenge

I really loved this film. My jaw absolutely dropped when Ryan turned out to be one of the bad ones. The message of this film is so clear and so upsetting. While the film had a very sad undertone, it managed to make me laugh so many times (sadly mostly due to Ryan😒)

EMERALD HAS DELIVERED!! this was a cinematic masterpiece. emerald fennell is the most incredible, creative, insane director! i watched this after loving saltburn and this did not disappoint at all

the ending was disappointing

For a good bit, this was a pretty excellent rom-com until the rest of the movies themes and messages caught up with it, which was expected… didn’t make it any less soul shattering though. This movie is great. And sad. And stressful. And real. And raw. And I hate it… and love it…

I just want to understand the reason why most men feel the need to do all of this? can't even ask for help for them to take advantage afterwards. disgusting.

Carrey Mulligan absolutely slays this role right down to the eye movement and the monologues they have her use. A female outrage film about righting wrongs in a cynical way. An interesting watch and an ending that I think is neat.

this ate. the actors. the soundtrack. the way they didn’t show a SINGLE sa seen 🤌 the hamlet ahh story line. The drinking her spit was hot tho I woulda fell for him too. Love that queen never actually put women (besides herself) in any danger
