I watched about 30 seconds of it. The acting was so bad I couldn’t even give it a chance

This is a slasher for people that don’t like slashing. Several of murders take place off camera and the ones we see are shown through quick, choppy cuts. There isn’t much style or atmosphere to speak of and the story is as basic as they come. I still watched it to the end twice.

Plot was fairly good, quite enjoyable, of course they have to throw in some extra drama between cheerleaders for no reason. Kills were easily recognizable and the only “jump scares” were her flashbacks. Sad that the boyfriend got merked though he was pretty chill.

Watched this in 2026 and it definitely feels very 2008.
A few jump scares here and there that don’t really land anymore.
Still, it’s always fun seeing Brittany Snow on screen.
No rush to watch, more of a background movie vibe 🎓😌
