the acting, the concept, and the plot twist! God this movie has to be up there! Edward Norton acting is out of this world! For his first role on the big screen, this is fantastic!

The ending was really something and made me question how can the truth be right there in front of you from the start and you are still refusing to believe it because your heart is conflicted. The film caught my attention from the first scene and the cast was amazing.

Loved the double plot twists, that ending, & this being Edward Norton’s debut film is incredible! In another universe, DiCaprio would be in that role

Sometimes I forget how much I love a good courtroom thriller. A great film and a great cast. Gere and Norton fantastic and their chemistr! With great support from Linney, Braugher, and more. Love a great twist, and happy to say I saw it coming right at the end. Hooked til the end

Lots of twists and had you changing your mind multiple times throughout the movie between right wrong and truth and lies.

Maybe 5 minutes I properly enjoyed. It’s fine otherwise, but not amazing.

Such a great ending

great story, characters and acting all the way through. the whole love intrest thing and intelectual foreplay they had going on was greatly written. love the genre when the twist is that the murderer was right under our nose the entire time and we just refused to believe it.

this movie had me hooked from start to finish. norton was terrifyingly good. i mean, the way he flipped between innocent and manipulative was unreal. he 100% deserved that oscar nomination, especially since this was literally his first movie. and richard gere? that man is so beautiful, i could watch him on screen all day 🤰🏻

the twist in the last five minutes was incredible , and i enjoyed every second of the movie.

Fantastic plot twist

with a cast this good acting was never in question, the story was smart (but simple), paced well and some good snappy dialogue

they don’t make courtroom dramas like this anymore and this is one of the better ones that exists, with a few good twists to keep you guessing

THAT ENDING WAS SO UNEXPECTED?!! what a twist, i don’t know if i’m satisfied or disappointed lmao.
this movie makes you feel sorry for aaron, so imagine the happiness we all felt after vail tells aaron he isn’t on death penalty anymore just for it all to be revealed as an act.wow

From my viewpoint of primal fear I would say that this films concept was in the right place, it caught me attention to show how one man could beat the judicial system and many excellent performance’s from the cast, but some of the context andsceneswas out of place and unsuitable
