I loved everybody in this film, except for Steff obviously but who cares abt him anyway lol, I LOVED Blane and Ducky and I’m so happy she ended up with Blane he’s everything

all around a great movie, but she should’ve ended up with duckie; he actually knew her, paid attention and worshiped her ass and she shredded the mother fuckers heart in so many ways that shit hurt me, i felt his pain. #justice4duckie

i don’t think i’ve ever seen an 80s romance but i loved it. So cutesy, and i loved the comic relief character duckie, kinda gave me ferris bueller vibes in a way. 8/10

A good, old rom-com. It was funny and all the characters were likable. Heartwarming ending, but I’m sad we didn’t get to see more. The acting was good all around, but it didn’t feel like much happened and scenes didn’t play off each other. A lot of skipping forward. 5.5/10

I saw this as a teen when it came out in the 80s. I loved it then and still love it now. Great soundtrack and it makes me long for the fun times of my youth.

I loved watching this movie. Sucker for 80s movies. This movie already had me captivated from the soundtrack alone. Songs like “If You Leave” and “Wouldn’t It Be Good” 🤌

as usual, my mother has shown me another banger. andrew mccarthy is officially the love of my life (even if he doesnt know it). ALSO UNPOPULAR OPINION but i think that the ending was perfect because tbh ducking gives major “but im a nice guy 🥺” energy

5.5/10 I am always watching this for the fashion not the plot. The plot is boring and falls very flat. The characterization is… okay I guess. I just love Duckie’s silly little outfits as well as the secondary characters. Makes me wish I lived in the 80s more than I already do.

I have tried to watch this movie 3 times and I couldn’t even get passed 20 min. Finally on my 3rd try I watched it and I LOVED IT. Definitely can see why it is such an iconic 80s movie. Love how it was kinda Romeo Juliet. + MOLLY RINGWALD IS THAT GIRL. 8/10 would 100% watch again
