As a big fan of movies and the occasional war movie, I loved this one.

Great story, loved the pacing, and the cast was top tier. Andrew Scott is top class, and Brendan Fraser is just the goat. Kind of a different take on a war movie, but I enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend!

Regardless of what is fact and fiction and looking at this purely as a film, this was very good. I was pleasantly surprised.

Lots of war depictions can leave characters feeling stale, however, with Stagg it is the complete opposite. This movie does a great job introducing his strict character and cementing it throughout.

It’s crazy how interesting this movie was given the central story of a meteorologist.

4/5 - a slight twist on your typical war drama; focusing on some of the other logistics behind planning a war. It was very interesting & I think Andrew Scott & Brendon Fraser’s performances really made it for me, along with Kerry Condon to balance them both out.

brendan fraser was so intimidating, i couldn’t take my eyes off the screen. proof that chris messina is severely underrated. watched it in a packed theater where i was the only one that wouldn’t be eligible for a senior citizen discount at golden corral

Great insight into the days and decision to move forward with D-Day. Great acting as well.

Really solid movie. I kept thinking that this is a weird take on WWII but then the ending really helped explain what happened and why it was so important. Super interesting war take and loved the indirect impact people had on the war and its success.

Despite coming across a bit heavy-handed, Pressure is a great film. Some moments feel artificial, which distracts, but they’re few and far between, surrounded by truly impactful ones. Dialogue is clean, if not a bit exposition-heavy - but for a true story, and a complex one at that, it’s kinda needed.

Speaking of “heavy-handed” it pretty much sums up Brendan Fraser’s performance - it isn’t bad, but it certainly doesn’t fit within the film and makes his performance feel forced unfortunately. Andrew Scott however, is truly fantastic - again, and again, he keeps putting out some exceptional pieces of work and rarely gets recognised in a deserving way, maybe things might change here? Kerry Condon is also strong here, but the role feels underwritten and so she doesn’t get to shine like she should.

It’s a real mixed bag for me, despite the high rating. I feel more harsh toward it as it IS a great film, but there are glimpses of something truly exemplary which it didn’t live up to.

I thought that this movie will be another war drama that brings nothing fresh to this genre but i was very wrong this movie is a masterpice on the scale of Nolan’s dunkirk however it has flaws like very predictable plot but in the end they are so small compared to the genious of this spectacle and in some way inevitable in this kind of film

7.5/10 really enjoyed this one the cast was great too thank you for all that sacrificed on that terrible day
